With a strong foundation in the real estate industry since the 1970s, founder Mr. Dipam Kathrani understood the evolving needs of students moving to a fast-paced city like Mumbai. Having deep roots and experience in the Juhu market, he recognized the need for thoughtfully managed PG spaces that offer more than just accommodation.
